Romance: Possible. Caduceus is canonically aromantic/asexual, however, in a game setting I think it's possible that with the right combination of factors he would be open to romance with somebody that he felt strongly connected to otherwise, but it would take a lot of slow-burn first.
Violence: possible. Caduceus is a pacifist at heart and will not incite violence, but he would be willing to fight back if he felt people he loved were threatened.
